"Jim Clark and his team truly set the standard for high quality customer service in the insurance industry. Together, he and Ashley worked around the clock to correct my premium, which somehow increased because of an oversight. They immediately started to investigate and continued to update me and reassure me that the issue would be corrected. There was no lack of communication. They provided superb guidance on how I was to proceed for the time being, which included making partial payment, and I received their guidance gladly because I know how they always take care of me. In the end, my premium has decreased, and I’m receiving a refund for the overpayment. Jim, Ashley, and all the professionals at Jim Clark State Farm truly hold to the customary statement, “ Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”. Having been a member of USAA for many years and switching over to State Farm over the last couple years, I can confidently state that I will not be looking for insurance elsewhere. A perfect example is Ashley in the Norfolk, VA office who is exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful.
